How to control your emotions and feelings that affected by subconscious mind?

How often have you wounded yourself by getting angry, fearful, jealous, or vengeful? Story behind subconscious mind:

 

Subconscious state of mind is not fully aware but can control one’s emotions and feelings.

If we take a simple example of subconscious behavior then it is breathing. We don’t think to breathe, but somehow we can change its pattern and can have control over it.

Our subconscious thoughts affect our feelings and behavior, and it is often revealed in someone’s dream, artistic expressions or slips of tongue. We can say that subconscious mind is a hiding place for our anxiety, starting source of any creativity, and may be a reason for our own mysterious behavior.

We can either habituate ourselves to expect, and routinely seek actions that would reinforce, the greatest success, happiness, completeness or healing of our pains.

Suggest we start retraining our mind to be our ally, and not our enemy, there are problems which will be sorted at minimum level:

  1. You will see changes in unchangeable. The things you lost hope on and can’t think of changing the situation but a positive track will be made out through your mind.

  3. Times that people’s fears raise projections on your own problems. But that is nothing to do with your capability.

  5. See the worth in you and give yourself the permission to be successful.
  6. o
  7. Make your surrounding positive. Like, set some happy newsfeed which makes your morning & the day happy. Unfollow those people who make you feel bad and surround yourself with positive ones.

  9. Start creating a vision space. If you are crystal clear about the things you want in life, then begin to enact and create it.

  11. If your subconscious mind hold you back from pursuing the thing you love, then identify your resistance. If you aren’t aware of those hold backs then it will make you feel more vulnerable.

  13. Release your attachment to the ‘how’. If you are stern at something, like starting your own business, instead of giving up if first attempt fails, try reimagining that how else you could achieve your ultimate vision in a new way that would be more lucrative.

 

Life gives us surprises in every turn, so not being attached to small details which are not working your way, try to find potential and possibility, even if it’s something you haven’t done or imagine before.
