Nitish alleges forced marriage.
A person went to Shalika's house to give Chhat Prasad. On his way back from there, he was allegedly picked up from the road and forced into marriage in Paroha village of Manpur police station in Nalanda district of Bihar.
This district is the home of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Nitish Kumar is also the name of the person who was allegedly forced to marry. He is a resident of Dhanuki village.
On November 11, Nitish went to his sister-in-law's house in Sarabhari village. Allegedly, on his way back from there, a group of people surrounded him in Parohi village. After that, he put a gun on Nitish's head and took him to the roof floor. At first Nitish did not understand why he was being taken away. But as soon as he reached the wedding pavilion, he became suspicious. After that he was forced into marriage.
Nitish alleged that he was severely beaten when he objected. He was also alleged to have been detained overnight. Nitish somehow escaped from there and appeared at the police station. He has also filed a complaint. Manpur Police Station SHO Jitendra Kumar said, I have heard about the incident. The whole thing will be clear after the investigation. The video of Nitish being forcibly married has already gone viral.
