These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Express News services operated by Dateline Communications Private Limited ("Dateline Communications", "we", "us", or "our"), including our websites (such as expressnews.network), our Express News mobile application (the "App"), our live news channel as delivered through these platforms, and our branded pages on third-party platforms such as YouTube (collectively, the "Services").

Express News provides Bengali-language news, including a live 24/7 news channel, news articles, video content, and related features. Through the App you can watch the live stream, read news content, and record and share segments of the live broadcast for personal use.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features of the Services at any time. We may also stop providing the Services, or any part of them, at our discretion.
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By using the Services, you confirm that you are old enough to do so under the laws that apply to you, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

The App allows you to record segments of the live broadcast and save them to your own device.
We reserve all rights in the broadcast content. The recording feature does not transfer any ownership of our content to you.
